Works well and matches the stove and refrigerator. I wish the keyboard had a backlit option. I could then turn on the light in the dark vs opening the door first to use that light to light up the keyboard

First, this MW replaced another Frigidaire MW that died after just 3 yrs. We've had this MW for 2 wks & already its having issues. The door latch mechanism is so temperamental that the MW sometimes won't even start unless you open & close the door again & again. And it has even stopped during its cooking cycle 4 times because the door latch has separated from its contact. You have to push the door in at the latch to get it to work. Can someone from Customer service contact us? Thanks

This microwave performs well and has some really good features such as the light staying on inside while cooking and the three one touch buttons. It only beeps within a minute after finishing cooking. It would be good if it beeped at one and two minutes after cooking as that is what most frozen dinners require them to sit for before eating.

Purchased from Brandsmart USA. After installation found that the ventilation fan did not work. Had to remove and return the microwave as Brandsmart would not deliver a replacement one. The new one is working fine but it's hard to understand how issues like this can clear your quality control people. This has been a common occurrence on several recent appliance purchases.

We had to replace our 3 year old microwave (same exact one as this one) with a new one after multiple things failed on it. It was cheaper to replace it than fix it so we replaced it. We had only had this new one for a month when suddenly it quit working. The clock, timer, light and fan all still worked but the microwave function itself quit. Called the company we got it from and after waiting for a part to come in for 2 weeks..... they came out and replaced the computer panel (free of charge since it should have been working to begin with). It is working for now though and seems to be doing ok. We try not to use it as much anymore.

We purchased a new Frigidaire stove and OTR microwave a few months ago. The microwave works well enough but the surface coating is already wearing in several spots. We have not used abrasive cleaners so not sure why this is happening. Our biggest disappointment is the unit™™s inability to vent cooking smoke, steam and fumes. It just ineffectually recirculates back into the kitchen. This has been such an issue that we feel we can no longer utilize the range™™s built-in air fryer option due to the amount of smoke created and unventilated. We regret the OTR microwave purchase and wished we would have installed a nice vent hood instead.

After less than 30 days the magnatron blew on our new MW. Very unhappy with all the time spent on phone with Frigidaire customer service people. Authorized service rep said we had to order new part. Part game in. Second set of repair folks said MW is too damaged to fix and now we are waiting on a replacement MW.

tWe haven't used it a lot yet. The buttons for selections are stiff and require strength to get them to work. It seems like one step could be eliminated when reheating. Y ou have to hit the button a 2nd time if your food is warm enough. Otherwise it will keep reheaating. The sensor that causes the fan to come on is a ggreat feature. Too many people will not turn the fan on because of the noise and so I love this automatic fan feature.
