worst stove ever 1 year and few months this has been the biggest wasted money and time. the burners cant hold the settings when turned on you set them on a certain number start doing over stuff and it starts burning your food. the burners go to wide open full heat. the only way to stop it is turn them off then turn it back on hoping they hold the setting you set. you have to turn the burner off wait for it to cool some then try turning it back on. to get you right cooking temp. the oven now is getting to be the same way. burning everything we bake in it. for the money we paid for this stove you would think it would be better. now since we are a retired couple fixed income we have to pay it off before getting a new one.

If I could give this negative stars I would. The unit does not cook/bake consistently. To boil a pot of water with a lid it takes 45 minutes or longer. Baking is inconsistent with one of three results burnt raw or ok. I have been cooking for over 40 years and have never had an issue like this with my other ranges. I have wasted more money in food than what the unit cost. I contacted LG who sent out sent out a 3rd party repair person and all they did was put probes in and informed me that the temperature was where it was according to the specifications. Once the unit went to the extended warranty Asurion sent a LG technician who replaced the mother board and the dials that had been recalled. Different lights lit up after this that had not lit up prior. This poor tech has been to my house 3 times and has witnessed the issue but couldnt find the problem. He did confirm that it was Not user error. LGs technical support advised the tech and myself to let the over preheat an additional 30 minutes after the pre-heat signal sounded. Why in 2025/2026 would any oven need additional time to preheat to cook consistently and if it does what is the purpose of the pre-heat sensor?????

Lousy quality

Lousy quality The numbers and lettering around the knobs easily wiped away after the first cleaning. Now you cannot read the knob position. Burners heating isnt consistent. Even on full power sometimes the element will turn off for a while before coming back on like it is set at a much lower temperature. Oven takes nearly double the amount of usual time to cook and still does not cook evenly. I dont know if it is a thermostat issue or what but LG has been less than helpful with all of these problems so weve given up. This stove is only a few years old but has been lousy from day 1. I should have returned it while we had a chance. Lesson learned. LG used to be pretty good the last few appliances that we have purchased from them have been just plain lousy.

Temperature off when using oven

Purchased this oven 6/23. Beautiful stove until the holidays when my small baking business just crumbled. Every baked goods I cooked was under cooked. I could never get a consistent bake on anything I tried to bake. I called LG for service I missed the 90 day return at Costco. As of 8/25 I have had a total of 4-5 service calls on this stove. And have been unsuccessful in getting a remedy to be able to do my baking business. I have had to discontinue baking. This oven is defective. Something is seriously wrong that it will not maintain an even temp. It cooks different in every part of the stove. Nothing brown on the bottom over cooks on the top. Bake temp causes a fluctuation in temp the entire time your item is baking. LG trys to make like it is user error. I been baking for 50 years and have never experienced such a let down. I have just given up on.

Wonderful stov with one personal drawback

I love the unit. The WiFi makes using it much easier but I do have one MAJOR problem with it. My wife has Alzheimers and she has repeatedly walked by the stove and turned a burner on. I wish there was a way to disable the stovetop. I have searched for child-proof covers for the knobs but the size of the LG knobs is too large and the knobs are too close together for any of the devices to work. I would appreciate being able to protect the stovetop from my wife.

Wiring Caught on fire

AWFUL OVEN. Caught fire in the wiring and was pouring out smoke. My husband unplugged it and was inhaling smoke for 30 minutes while trying to disassemble the back so he could access where the fire was. TERRIBLE customer service as well. We have smoke damage to our house impacts to our health and are beyond frustrated by this experience. The worst is the LG is doing nothing to solve this. I cant get through to anyone.

If my family or I get hurt or my house burns I will sue this company so many issues yet you just keep selling it and not fixing the problem. I was so excited to get this stove my first ever brand new appliance It looks great and feels great. My first time cooking on it i was sooo disappointed No matter which expensive pan I used it left marks on the cooktop. After some research I found if you use baking soda some water and scrub it in with your finger it will come up. Instant relief But who wants to do that after evrytime you cook? My stove is 4 months old and I found a crack in the cooktop Instant anger Nothing has been dropped and theres no impact point just one crack. I contacted customer service and was told they would send someone out. 2 weeks go by and I dont hear anything so I contact them again. They tell me they will send someone out and give me an order number. To bad there are no techs in the area so now I have a new battle to fight On top of all that I was boiling milk and sugar and it boiled over. I went to clean it and it pitted the glass Never in my life has that happened Im so upset $1000 for a stove that looked and worked great for 4 months I bought it in store bc of the way it felt well built so I didnt read reviews big mistake Now to come up with another $1000 to buy a better stove so I can take this one out back and beat it with a bat to get some frustration out LG dont reply unless your giving me a solution

Made an appt with LG Repair for a flat fee repair. Instead of showing up the guy calls today and says he doesnt have the parts but office will call me to reschedule. I bought this oven in November 2021 and it has been nothing but trouble. The markings on the dials have completely worn off making it impossible to know what setting the stove top is on. To make matters worse only one burner works now. This is unacceptable for an appliance that is just a few years old. I regret my purchase and will not be buying LG products again.

I say that the product is poor well let me explain and add to that. I bought my stove from Home Depot and I kept in the box box it was delivered in for almost three months due to the fact that we were remolding my fathers home. Well when I took it out and hooked it up I used it for the first time and there was a defect in the back right burner. I called LG and they told me that it was food burnt on it when in fact not one drop of food had ever touched the glass. It was Brand new. They never would send anyone out to check on it and I have been afraid to use it because its a burnt mark under the glass and I am scared it will cause a fire. LG has great products but their customer service is poor and I will not buy anything ever again from LG. I just wished Id know this before I outfitted my whole house in their products.

I have had this for about a month now. It is really good with thn single or dual burner only . It says Ultra Heat/Power Boil. I guess it means just that?? It would be nice to use two front burners. The top is much harder to keep clean than my last stove.

I would have had no complaints if asked earlier. However after barely owning this 2 years the display panel is having issues. This is unacceptable for an appliance that should last at least a decade. A quick Google search shows this is a quality issues others are experiencing. But because its over a year since purchase LG wont take responsibility for it.

Our new range has a great sized oven. Its easily accessible and easy to clean. Temperature control is very precise. The variable burner size is nice to use. However the cooktop should be cleaned immediately if spills occur or they become difficult to remove.

Not happy with our new stove at all. Weve had the stove for about a week now and it already has metal scratches on the cooktop. I followed the prep instructions and polished the stove top with cream cooktop cleaner that is recommended in the manual prior to use and weve been super careful when placing pans/baking sheets on the stove top and it still has gotten scratches. Ive polished the cooktop multiple times and the scratches remain. Going back to the retailer tomorrow to see if we can exchange for a different brand.

My other reliable LG products and the great Consumer Reports reviews convinced me to buy an LG electric range. I am in the middle of a Christmas baking marathon and could not be more pleased Others will no doubt praise the great features sleek look or convenience of these ranges but for me its the BLUE As someone who often needs good visual background to see well the great oven lighting against the blue background makes it so easy to see bake and clean. Its not the main reason for purchase but I cant believe what a difference it makes for me. Its like a safety feature for me I purchased an LG washer/dryer set too and as soon as my plumbing project is complete those will be installed as well. Cant wait Reliable priced right and Im a true blue LG fan now

Had to make many phone calls to get replacement two weeks later. Made our lives very uncomfortable. New range is now working. Refrigerator has wrong handles and missing a leveling leg. My range LREL6323S was purchased July 19 2024. one of the largest elements stays on a high temperature and sometimes it doesnt turn on at all. My oven takes a long time to preheat and the temperature in the oven is not accurate. As a result cooking on the stove tops has caused pots to be destroyed a home full of smoke and food to be burned consistently. The oven temperature delays meals for a family of six with four homeschooled kids. This has certainly been an unexpected nightmare The range creates serious fire risk and concerns of a personal injury. I advised Sharnise from the Presidents office of the ranges hazardous conditions in my request for a refund or replacement. She stated it had to be repaired. I asked if my kids were harmed her immediate response was SEND IN A DOCTORS BILL. Please dont take my word listen to the call. Honestly this was the coldest and uncaring response that I have heard from anyone. We purchased a lemon with safety issues. This has and is causing numerous problems for our family. LG range purchased in late May 2024 and have had repairman out 3 times to fix large burners. They work for about a week no more than 2 weeks then overheat. They will not cook on low or medium heat. I almost burnt up my Thanksgiving dinner when the large eyes started out cooking on medium to medium low heat and without no adjustment went to a blazing boil. This was after the 2nd repair visit. Switched to other large burner and it did the same thing. Oven and small burners cook fine so far. For a NEW STOVE this is not acceptable. Buyer beware. LG warranty people tell you repair person to submit a request for replacement since this stove may be a lemon. Repairman stated not true. I will have to pursue a replacement. He submits nothing. Thats ridiculous. He is the same LG repair person and has been here 3 times to address the problem. Why cant he submit the request if he cant seem to repair the stove and FIX THE PROBLEM. The run around begins.

Then followed quickly by oven two days later Contacted the executive team Sent in pictures of model and serial numbers and issue After five follow up emails by me asking status Ive been ghosted. I believe a little over a month since I Emailed with the gentleman LG executive

1: The stove had a huge dent in the side. Drove a total of 180 miles to replace it. Was assured that this one was intact. This one was dented as well. 2: Unable to get the stovetop clean. Streaked after first usage and has only gotten worse since. 3: Oven temp is not correct. Burned food that Ive cooked at 350 forever The bottom drawer is shabby tin.

And bought this stove this year. Within weeks I noticed that the two front burners were over heating. Pans were registering 400+ on a setting of 3 or 4. Intensity. Then one of the burners stopped working entirely. I contacted LG. They could not find a technician in my area. They sent me the parts weeks ago. I have reached out to them to schedule a call to help me repair it myself. They cancelled the ticket. I am still waiting on them to contact me.

LED display issues

I have two stoves. Each has a display issue where one segment of the LED display does not work. Called customer service and they promised to escalate my issue but no call back was received. The replacement part is $129 for each. Steep considering they are bothless than 2 yrs old. Seems like a defect since one stove is in NY and one is in Florida.
