This was purchased in 2022 for a new build. Were the first to use it. Pros: - Nice tech features. I like how it can integrate with an LG microwave and turn on the fan. Cons: - This product is very hard to clean. Specifically the stove. I scrubbed off some of the stove knob indications using light pressure with a sponge. This has never happened to me with other stoves. - I wish the oven and stove could be turned on and off remotely even without the remote setting. You basically need to know plan that you will want to use the remote settings set it and then this will allow you to remotely turn on the oven. And you only have one chance to use it. Meaning if you turn it on by mistake when you dont mean to you cant use the remote setting again and turn on the stove remotely.

Awful delivery great range

I bought the range at Home Depot. The delivery was a nightmare. They dented the range in 2 places the oven racks were missing and numerous delays but once I got it installed the range works great dents and all. I got no paperwork and had to contact LG customer service to get the owners manual to figure out how to turn the oven on. It works very well and I am pleased with it. LG customer service was very helpful.

One month and I still dont have a functional rang

Seems to be a good range but I bought it almost a month ago and just got it delivered and working. I bought it at Home Depot and it came with 2 large dents no oven racks and no users manual. I havent used the range yet not sure how. The dents and missing parts I think are on Home Depot but Im not sure about the missing parts. I had no stove for weeks and didnt sent it back because the whole experience has been a nightmare and I didnt want to prolong it. Still cant find out how access a users manual. I talked to LG customer serve and the representative I spoke with had no idea how or where to get an owners manual. I suspect that its an adequate appliance but until I get it working I really cant tell you. I did not receive this product for free. I paid a substantial amount of money for it.

Poor oven temp regulation

This range came installed in a new house in June 2022. The oven does not maintain temperature correctly. I initially thought my baked goods werent coming out right because we moved across the country and the humidity is different but I recently realized that the real problem is the oven itself. I have tried to calibrate the oven temp a few times and it will heat to initial temp but once there is something in the oven to cook it does not maintain temp and falls by 30-40 degrees with no recovery unless I turn the oven off and back on to the set temperature. Save yourself a huge headache and do not buy this range

Came with the new house top grates are too textured and make it hard to slide pans around. The middle burner is mostly useless and takes up valuable real estate on the stove top making you bring your pans to the edge. The oven racks are thin and not very sturdy. The broiler will not light if the oven temp is above 400 degrees and yes that is an undocumented feature. The oven almost instantaneously loses heat 30-40 degrees when opened and takes way too long to recover the Wifi and app are pointless overall i would suggest looking at other options

Stained burners and cooktop

Loved the look of this stove. Biggest let down is the black top. It becomes easily stained and stains dont come off no matter what I try. The burners discolor quickly making my new stove look old. Tried soaking them and stains still there. Cooktop scratches easily from the grates no matter how careful I am. Would not recommend due to the fact if you want a new looking stove for years to come this isnt the stove to buy Very disappointed with this LG product

I bought this a couple of months ago and after one month of use one of the igniters in the stovetop failed to provide the spark. LG had to send two separate techs to my home to fix the problem as the first one did not carry the repair part. Other than the lack of quality control the range works well.

Cooks well and looks nice but after less then 5 uses the burners have burnt on grease That wont come off no matter what I do. I even contacted the company for suggestion I followed their Instructions and that only made the stainless steel on the burner look dull. The grates are the same as well as the griddle used it twice and The grease stains wont come off. Overall would not recommend weve had this range for two months now and it looks years old.

Cons: - Child lock does not turn off burners or lock oven door - Stove top grates and griddle have a very rough texture difficult to clean and prone to scratching - There is no option to leave the oven light on indefinitely - Touchpad buttons are often difficult to push and do not respond on first try - Knobs are easily turned causing you to accidentally turn change oven setting while cooking and lose your settings Pros: - Oven cooks well and maintains heat - Air fryer and basket work well - Burners are very powerful - Smart oven features can be helpful like phone notification when preheating is finished and connecting to fan range to automatically turn on when the burner is started

LG Slide-In Range

I have had this slide-in for about 2 months. I do a lot of baking and upscale cooking. The range is far better than anything I have owned in the past. Temperatures are spot-on control easy and intuitive. Appearance is quite nice as well as ease of maintenance. The prompts/notifications are efficient and handy. I would seriously reccmd this unit to any that are considering a range replacement.
